Ingrid has been working exclusively with intellectual property law since 2011. She is particularly specialized in trademark law and marketing law, and she has gained significant expertise in cases related to allegations of unlawful product imitation and good business practice among traders according to the Act relating to the control of marketing and contract terms and conditions, etc…
Throughout her career, Ingrid has worked closely with renowned companies and brands in various sectors, including the grocery and retail, the entertainment sector, the fashion industry and the gaming industry. This diverse portfolio has given her a comprehensive understanding of different business segments.
Ingrid assists our clients with strategic advice in IP matters, as well as securing, enforcing, and exploiting IP rights both nationally and internationally. She is also actively involved in litigating cases before the Council dealing with unfair marketing practices, as well as in District courts and Court of appeal.
Ingrid is deeply committed to ensuring and safeguarding innovation, and her knowledge and experience provide our clients with confidence in an increasingly complex legal landscape.
Ingrid is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association, the Association of Norwegian IP Advisers (FONIP), and The International Trademark Association (INTA).
