Ingrid is a lawyer with over ten years of experience in intellectual property law. She is particularly specialized in trademark law and marketing law, and she has gained significant expertise in cases related to allegations of illegal product imitation and good business practice among traders.
Throughout her career, Ingrid has worked closely with renowned companies and brands in various sectors, including the grocery and retail industry, the entertainment sector, and the gaming industry. This diverse portfolio has given her a comprehensive understanding of different business segments.
Ingrid assists our clients with strategic advice in IP matters, as well as securing, enforcing, and exploiting IP rights both nationally and internationally. She is also actively involved in litigating cases before the Council dealing with unfair marketing practices, as well as in the District court and Court of appeal.

Ingrid is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association, the Association of Norwegian IP Advisers (FONIP), and The International Trademark Association (INTA).
