Karianne Torp Andersen
Karianne is responsible for the development of competence at Acapo. She has the HR responsibility for the employees in all four departments at Acapo. She has the overall responsibility for HR in addition to plan, initiate and implement training and competence building together with the head of departments.
Karianne has worked with intellectual property since 2003 and has broad experience not only from trademark, patent and design protection, but all tasks that comes with running a patent bureau on a daily basis. In 2008 she was one of the initiators behind NAIPA, which is an association of administrative personell working in the intellectual property sector. NAIPA is politically independt and the main purpose is to give its members better opportunities to develop professionally.
Karianne worked in Fluges patent as between the years 2003 to 2018. She was the managing director and partner in the business from 2004-2018.
Karianne has a degree in market economy, and post graduate studies in HR management, organizational psychology and employment law at the Østfold University College.
Karianne is a member of NAIPA - Norwegian Association of Intellectual Property Administrators. She is working at our office in Fredrikstad and her working languages are Norwegian and English.
